Return and Refund Policy
At Farmverve Nosh (OPC) Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Products on sale or clearance
- Opened or used food items due to health and safety concerns
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@farmverve.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at support@farmverve.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us at support@farmverve.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it as per our return policy.
