Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays (e.g., due to a natural disaster), processing may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete street address for all deliveries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. We are not liable for these charges, nor can we predict what they might be.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a delay, please contact the carrier with your tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@farmverve.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either provide a replacement or a refund.
